Saturday Slow Flow and Stretch
Saturdays/ 10am via Zoom. $5
This is a beginner friendly slower paced class. The focus is on deeper stretches and longer holds after a slow flow warm up period. Modifications can be made for those with physical limitations or injuries.

Beer + Yoga Power Flow
Wednesdays/ 6pm in person @ Frog Level Brewing Company
This class is a yoga flow class designed to help increase strength and flexibility throughout the body. Areas of focus will be hips, hamstrings and upper body. And core- we never forget core! Class is $10 and includes a beer courtesy of Frog Level Brewing Company.
